Hi!  Our first home meet is tomorrow- please arrive by 8:30 am, warm ups are at 8:45, and the meet will begin at 9:15 am.  Swimmers, please let your coaches know you are there.  Parents/guardians, please find me and let me know that you are there to do your job,  If you are a timer, I will give you your watch, please return them to me at the conclusion of the meet.  Please remember that if you are not currently signed up for a job, but we need a job filled, you may be asked to work.  

I will have plain caps, remaining personalized cap orders, and shirt orders.  Please make sure to find me to get what you ordered/need.

Two important items:

1) Swimmers, please remember to clean up after yourselves when the meet is over.  Wrappers, empty bottles, and such, should not be left on the ground at any of our meets, home or away.

2) Adults-If you have not handed me your work bond check, your child will not be entered in events for our Wednesday meet.  They were due at registration, and are way overdue.  An email has been previously sent to families that have not turned it in.  

Hoping for good weather, we will let you know if the meet is cancelled.  Check your email for notification.  Possible makeup dates are this Sunday or Monday.  If you don't receive an email, you can assume the meet is on as scheduled.
