Hi Everyone, this is just a reminder that tonight's meet is at Cranford Community Pool.  Please arrive before 5:30 and check in with us (please account for possible heavy traffic on Route 1 & GSP during rush hour).  You can find directions under "Meets & Events" on our web site (same for Saturday's meet at Bridgewater, arrive by 8:30am).

Also, please keep in mind that the conference rules require swimmers to have participated in four dual meets in order to be eligible to swim in league championships and conferences. Not everyone has met this requirement, so please be aware of it.

BEACH DAY this year will be next Wednesday, July18th (our bye day), and will be at Seven Presidents Beach in Long Branch (see info here).  We normally meet on the beach around 10:00am, but come at any time.  Let's get as many people to participate as possible for this very fun team day!  I believe parking is paid by the car load and you can bring a lunch or purchase food there.  We hope to see you!
