Dear Swim Team Families,

First things first-congratulations to all our 9 and under swimmers who swam some of their best races today. You all did a great job, and hopefully you had as much fun swimming as we had watching you!  

Let us continue on by saying our Mini Minnow meet was a HUGE success, thanks to all of you.  Each person who participated, small or tall, helped us to run a meet of this size.  Thank you to our Brookside Swim Club management, who worked before, during, and after the meet to make sure things were ready.  Thank you to our fantastic Brookside Swim Team coaches, who helped all those swimmers get ready for their races and loudly cheered them on.  Thank you to our fellow Brookside Board Members, who came out and worked side by side with us today.  Thank you to all of our older swimmers who took on jobs and many who took on extra shifts.  Thank you to all the adults who went out of their way to help set up, break down, and everything in between.  Thank you to our front gate workers who handled the crowds beautifully.  Thank you to an amazing pavilion crew who worked so hard with the technical aspects of the meet.  Thank you to the hardest working officials who kept this meet up and running.  Thank you to our marshalls and timers for working poolside with our swimmers, getting them organized and recording their great swim times.  Thank you to our refreshment crew and Minnow gang for handling all the food and drink orders, and handing minnows out to our excited winners.  Thank you to all of those who donated food or drink items generously.  Special shout out to the Uzunis family for getting all our food and drinks organized-you guys are the BEST!  

Thank you all for supporting Brookside.  We know how hard you worked, and we won't forget it.
