Hi all!

I will be working on entries this afternoon for Wednesday’s meet at Somerset Hills Swim Club. Warm up will begin at 5:45pm and the meet will begin at 6:15pm. Please arrive by 5:30pm and check in with myself or another Brookside coach. The address of the pool is 19 Arthur Road Bridgewater, NJ 08807. SHSC has informed me that there will be signs and two parking directors there helping to park all cars and maximize their parking capacity. If anyone needs to park on the street, please note that it is a strict one-side of the road parking with absolutely no tires on the grass (unless on the SHSC pool property. If parking becomes a problem the meet may be disrupted and stoped in order for it to be fixed. Please plan accordingly and obey their requests!

In addition, Somerset Hills Swim Club is a 5 lane, 25 yard pool. Scoring in done 1st-4th place and Lane 5 is unofficial. Because of this, we will only have Lanes 2 and 4, so unfortunately, not everyone will be able to swim two events at this meet in order to reduce the number of extra heats.Every swimmer will be in at least 1 event. If you are signed up to work the meet, please be sure to check in with Amy upon arrival. 

Just a friendly reminder to declare that your swimmer is either attending or not attending every meet. If they are undeclared, they will be entered the meet, however, we still want a positive yes or not confirmation for each swimmer. In addition, in order to be eligible to swim in A League Championships and NJSDC Conferences at the end of the season, each swimmer must swim in at least 4 dual meets throughout this season.
