I am writing to inform you that I was informed by the NJSDC about a rule change regarding suits that can be worn at Championships and Conferences.

13-overs: 13overs are allowed to wear kneeskins / fastskins of any type (complying with FINA swimsuit specifications) for Championships and Conferences. 

12unders: 12unders are not allowed to wear any type of kneeskin or fastskin.

"Swimwear must conform to USA Swimming Rule 102.8. Only swimsuits complying with FINA swimsuit specification may be worn in any USA Swimming sanctioned or Approved competition. “Tech suits and kneeskins” are not permitted at this meet for 12 & under swimmers. “Tech Suits “are defined as suits that have bonded seams, kinetic tape, or meshed seams. “Kneeskins” are defined as female suits that cover the thighs." ~2019 NJSDC Rulebook
