Good morning!

Hillsborough has asked us to submit the first and last names and dates of birth of any visitors 18 years of age or older.  Please click on the link below and fill out the attached Google form "Pre Meet Survey" for any volunteer and/or spectator that will be attending tomorrow's meet.  

We will need to have this information no later than 5pm today so we can forward it to the team in time.
