Hi Everyone!

We are all so excited for our first meet tomorrow!!!! We are going to have some awesome swims!!

1. Warm up tomorrow will be at 8:45 and the meet will start between 9:15 and 9:30. Please arrive at Hillsborough YMCA (19 E Mountain Rd, Hillsborough Township, NJ) no later than 8:30am! When you arrive, please have your child check in with Coach Courtney or Coach Michael so we know that you are here.

2. Be sure to wear your team suit and make sure you have a Brookside cap if you plan to wear a cap. Amy will have the personalized caps with her tomorrow, and will also have plain Brookside caps to purchase.

3. Please remember that there is a 1 spectator limit per swimmer for the indoor pool tomorrow. If you are volunteering to work, that does not count for your 1 spectator. 

4. Please be sure to fill out the Google Form for the YMCA by tonight. This will make the process at the Y in the morning much easier. 

5. If you are volunteering to work the meet tomorrow (timer, official, scorer, etc.) please be sure to check in with Amy Ryan upon arrival tomorrow.

6. If you have any last minute illnesses, issues, or changes, please stay home and let me (and Amy) know ASAP.
