Dear Swim Team Families,

I am so sorry, I made a mistake in how families should write out their Championship fees checks.  Brookside submitted one big check to cover everyone's championship fees, and I should have had each of our families make their check out to "Brookside Swim Club" instead of "Cedar Hill".  

If you haven't handed in your check yet, please make it out to "Brookside Swim Club".  

If you gave me your check yesterday or gave to Amanda this morning, I will have your checks this afternoon and will send them with Erin to work.  You can stop by Brookside and change it with her.  

I will also have checks at practice this week for those going to conferences, and I will have them at Bagel Day on Thursday morning.  You can make the changes any of those days too.

I sincerely apologize, all my fault.  I hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone too much.
