Conferences information and jobs to be filled
Hi all,
Congratulations to all your swimmers who qualified for conferences!! It is the last meet of the season, and the last time I will be asking you to work ha ha!! I have included the meet announcement as a link at the bottom of this email.
Admissions: Each person entering the facility with the exception of coaches and officials will be charged $5.00 per day (12 & Unders are free). Only those who have paid on Tuesday morning and who did not pay on Wednesday morning will have to pay $5.00 for Wednesday night finals (If you attend on Wednesday morning, you will not have to pay for finals). Programs will be sold at both sessions for $3.00.
Please sign up for timing. I am told we need 3 timers, asking for 4, but please know that if that day I need more, I will just ask people there. I do not know what lane /s or how many timers on a lane yet, all that info will be provided as soon as I hear. The assignment on the schedule shows that you will time the whole meet, but once I hear, I will break up the times, so you will only time some, not all.
We may need timers for finals Wednesday night, however they don't tell us until right before that meet. I will just ask people that night to help.
Officials that have signed up and put your information on the spreadsheet, THANK YOU!!
If you are an official who hasn't signed up, I'm looking to provide at least 2 a session. Please wear your blue and white no matter what, just in case we need you.
All job sign ups are needed ASAP so that we can submit.
