Dear Parents,

Jobs for our first meet, this Saturday, June 25th, will be opening today. Stay tuned for what time swimmers should arrive and other important information later in the week.  

Important note- Only certified officials may work as an official at our meets.  If you are an official, you have completed and sent in your certification to Karen Umbach. 

There are 4 home meets and 4 away meets. Our home meets have more types of available jobs than away meets. Keep all this in mind as you schedule yourself.

As in a typical season, you will need to work three jobs, plus Championships, to fulfill your work bond requirement. Every job needs to be filled in order to run the meet.  Please understand that there are times I may ask for your help even though you have worked your 3 meets. 

Anyone working will need to sign in with me when you get to the pool.  If you have signed up to work a meet, and find you can not attend, you must find your own replacement. Please email me to let me know that you will not be working, and who will be taking your place.  I do keep track of who has worked, and I will update for who actually worked the meet so they get credit towards their work bond.

Thank you ahead of time for all your help. We may need to work out a few kinks as we go, but all in all, I'm looking forward to a great start to our season!
