This message below is from our opposing team, and it is important for our meet Wednesday night. Please read all the way through.  This will need to be filled out and submitted by Tuesday as stated below.  We are not members of their Y, so adults will need to fill it out.

* Because of YMCA policy, any 18 and overs who are planning on attending the meet and are not members of the Y have to fill out this google sheet:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VktRgG2feVXb0LnSLdsuZK-J7GkG_xmIzXFiJ4mWgLw/edit?usp=sharing. It asks for first name, last name, and date of birth in YYYY-MM-DD format so the Y can run everyone through the RAPTOR database. If you could have your parents fill this out by Tuesday at 8 pm that would be greatly appreciated.
