Volunteers for Set Up, Grill, Food Table- please arrive around 4:30 to help. 

Everyone else should be good to arrive at 5. 

All volunteers- please stop at the Food Table to sign in next to your name BEFORE the meet starts. Watches will be there to pick up. They are for Brookside volunteers only. You can drop them off there after the meet.

Ribbons- is on the pavilion. Someone up there will help you get started.

Meetings-Timers (all must be there, including back up) and officials meetings are usually held somewhere near the breezeway around 5:45pm. Please listen for the announcement to attend. 

Also, anyone who would like a job and wasn't able to grab one, there is a timer spot open. Please email me ASAP if you would like to help out timing tonight.
