Hi Everyone!

Happy Monday! We hope you had a great holiday weekend! We are looking forward to getting back to the grind for our last half of the season, with 4 dual meets and championships coming up!

Attached are results from our meet last Wednesday at Roycefield!

On Wednesday, we already have our 5th meet! Do not forget, you cannot swim in Championships or Conferences (if qualified) if you do not swim in at least 4 dual meets! 

Once again, Wednesday practice will be from 9-10am for all groups, due to the meet at night! This will be a technique, starts, turns, and fun practice!

Our meet on Wednesday is HOME at Brookside! We are also taking our Team Picture before our meet- Please arrive at Brookside BY 5:00PM and sit on the bleachers IN YOUR TEAM SUIT. If you do not have your team suit yet, you have today and tomorrow to finally get it!!!!! The picture will be taken AT 5:15PM - if you are late you WILL MISS IT!

Afterwards, we will prepare and stretch before warm up. Warm ups will be 5:30pm and the meet will start by 6-6:15. 

Please Remember:

- Your swimmer is expected to SIT WITH THE TEAM.

- Your swimmer is expected to stay for the duration of the meet, until after the last relay is swum and we do a team cheer at the end of the meet. Please do not leave before the end of the meet.
