Swim Team Families-

I will not be at tomorrow night's meet. Matt Murphy will be running the show. Please see him to sign in for your jobs so you get credit for working.

Grill, Refreshment Table, Set Up/Break Down- Please arrive at 4:30 to help. It is important you are on time, people come in and want to buy things pretty much right away! Amanda will give you a box of start up money to get you going, please keep money in the box and give to Coach Sami Guadagnino when done.

50/50, Timers and Officials- Please arrive at 5pm. 50/50 should grab the bucket and tickets to sell. I believe they are all in the bucket, along with a brief price list? Amanda will have a box of start up money to get you going. We sell right up until the relays, then bring to the announcer to announce the winning ticket. Please put our part of the money we made back in the box at the end of the night, give to Coach Sami Guadagnino.

Timers and Officials, listen for the announcement for your meetings before the meet. Officials, see Karl Hall for any questions. Timers, get watches from Matt or the refreshment table. Please return all watches to Matt at the end of the meet.

Our meet on Wednesday is HOME at Brookside! We are also taking our Team Picture before our meet- Please arrive at Brookside BY 5:00PM and sit on the bleachers IN YOUR TEAM SUIT. If you do not have your team suit yet, you have today and tomorrow to finally get it!!!!! The picture will be taken AT 5:15PM - if you are late you WILL MISS IT!

Afterwards, we will prepare and stretch before warm up. Warm ups will be 5:30pm and the meet will start by 6-6:15.
