Hey Everyone!

Thank you for all those who responded to volunteer at conferences July 30 and 31st. If you haven't done so already please head over to Swimtopia and sign up for jobs for this event. Also we need help with some donated items. If you can claim an item or two to donate on our sign up genius that would be helpful as well. 

A big concern for this event is parking. Attached you will find a map with different parking lots that can be parked in. We have secured permission from the American Legion to use their parking lot as well as St. Paul's Church. The Library Lot and Borough Park Lot are open to the public as well. Take note of the parking and plan accordingly. There will not be much room in the main Brookside lot after food trucks and porta-potties find their way there.

The Conferences Meet is by qualifying times only; not every swimmer will be swimming in this meet. The Meet Announcement is attached. In it, you can find out all you need to know about this event, including the qualifying times. There are a few more opportunities left this summer for your swimmer(s) to get to those times, so encourage them to work hard in practice and see what happens!
