Hi Everyone!

This is just a reminder that (as previously stated) today's practice will be from 9-10am for all groups, due to the meet at night! 

Our meet today is AT WOODBRIDGE (Woodbridge Community Center). Please arrive BY 5:20PM and check in with a coach so that we can prepare and stretch before warm up. Warm ups will **hopefully** be between 5:30 and 5:45pm. Be on time!

Please Remember:

- Your swimmer is expected to SIT WITH THE TEAM.

- Your swimmer is expected to stay for the duration of the meet, until after the last relay is swum and we do a team cheer at the end of the meet. Please do not leave before the end of the meet.
