We have a few important reminders as we head into another exciting meet!

Please arrive between 5:15–5:30 PM so we can get everyone checked in before warm-ups begin.
A Quick Note About Tomorrow’s Meet
Tomorrow is a tri-team meet, so please plan for a longer evening than our typical dual meets. With three teams competing, there will be additional heats and events throughout the night.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility as our volunteers and officials work hard to keep the meet running as smoothly as possible. The extra excitement also means even more opportunities for our swimmers to cheer each other on and have fun!
Conference Championships
Conference Championships are just around the corner! These meets are a fantastic way to celebrate all of the hard work our swimmers have put in this season while racing against the best swimmers from across the league. Please note volunteering at this event is required as part of your work bond!

Conference Volunteer Jobs Are Posted!
Conference meets require a tremendous team effort to be successful. Volunteer sign-ups are now available, and we encourage every family to take a look and sign up for a position.
Whether you’re timing, helping with hospitality, clerk of course, or another role, your support helps make these championship meets a great experience for all of our swimmers.
Reminder - Roycefield sprints (please see previous email) entries are due by tomorrow. If you plan on entering your swimmer please do so ASAP to ensure they are entered for our first trip to the sprints!!!
