Dear Brookside Swim Team Families,

We urgently need everyone’s help with our Conference Championship Meet volunteer sign-ups.

Right now, we are only at approximately 40% of our volunteer positions filled, and we need all hands on deck to make this event a success.

Every Brookside swim family is required to sign up for two volunteer jobs. These jobs may absolutely be split between spouses or other adult family or older swimmers —the two shifts do not need to be completed by the same person.

Completing your two Conference Meet jobs will fulfill your family’s final work bond requirement for the season. This requirement applies even if your swimmer is not participating in the Conference Meet.

Hosting Conferences is our largest event of the summer and requires the support of our entire Brookside community. We need volunteers for timing, marshaling, concessions, admissions, parking, setup, cleanup, and many other essential roles. The meet simply cannot run without your help.

13 & Over Families: Please bring older swimmers to help with shifts please! 

Please don’t assume someone else will fill the remaining jobs. Every volunteer makes a difference, and we need everyone to do their part.
