We cannot wait for Championships this weekend! Below is the practice schedule for our remaining practices. Please read carefully!

Thursday: Normal Schedule

Friday: 12 and unders- 8:15-9:30am. 13 and overs- 9-10am (optional stretch out, warm up, starts/turns)

13 and over championships will be on Friday afternoon/evening, and 12…

Don't forget to remind your swimmer to stay after practice and grab a bagel with the team!
