This week, we have a full week of practice! This week (and going forward), we will have practice on Wednesday from 9-10am for ALL GROUPS. Typically on meet days, all groups focus on technique, starts, and turns before our evening meet.

Please declare whether your swimmer/s will or will not be marching in the Milltown Fourth of July parade. If they are ten and under, they will need an adult/older sibling/guardian walking with them. See the event for general reminders.

Hi Everyone!
Tomorrow is our FIRST MEET AT BROOKSIDE against Bridgewater! Please arrive at Brookside BY 8:25AM and check in with a coach so that we can prepare and stretch before warm up. Warm ups will be at 8:45, and our meet will start at 9:15.
